I've been working with SilverTech for a little under a year now and love it. There have been many positive attempts at change since the Talent & Culture team was created. They're constantly trying to gauge the company culture and make SilverTech even more interesting and enjoyable (In Example: they recently administered a company culture survey in order to get a better sense of what needs improvement). The great thing is SilverTech's open door policy. If you have a question or a concern about anything, they're happy to discuss it with you and find a solution. If you're doing well and passionate about the company, there are definitely opportunities to advance. SilverTech's 100% premium paid benefits are great. You get to choose a company laptop: Mac or Windows. They also have a new monthly fitness reimbursement and a employee referral bonus program. Fun people to work with. Very collaborative--Everyone works hard but has fun doing it. Very flexible when you need a day off. Can't speak for every department, but it's never an issue.

Some people tend to seem disengaged within the company but unfortunately, it's impossible make everyone happy. PTO/Sick time isn't fantastic but they're recognize it and are working to change that.

    Account Management/Client Delivery Management Interview

Anonymous Interview Candidate in Manchester, NH

    Easy Interview

I applied online. I interviewed at SilverTech (Manchester, NH).

Felt like I was "being sold" and almost pressured to join the team. Came across as very arrogant and a bit short-sighted. They talked a lot about themselves, rather than about the clients, or delivery goals. There was obvious ego in the room-something you typically have at agencies, just not usually ones this small. One guy didn't say anything g the entire time, he just sipped a dunkins ice coffee and sat there. A tour of the office showed off nice office rumpus areas, but nobody was using was also quiet for an agency. No music, or chatter.

    Interview Questions

    • It was a while ago. I remember it wasn't a typical interview. It was a few "meet this person" and "now meet that person" typical "fit" stuff. One thing that stands out was "would you have a problem with getting into a CMS and making edits, and doing QA, and..." The list seemed to go on and on. I thought to myself "how many people work here, why am I doing tech support and QA?? Then find out it's 20 (80 now)   1 Answer
