    Pros

    Lay back working environment. Flextime in summer. Friendly atmosphere. High job security. Some employees have been with the company for over 50 years. Stable company.

    Cons

    Difficult vertical promotion, unless someone above you passed away you're stuck in your position. Horizontal movements appear sometimes but rarely...
