    Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Simply Fashion Stores (Decatur, GA) in July 2014.

    Interview

I enjoyed the interview process. I felt confident about the interview because I was able to be myself. I however, did not like the fact that a test was required in order to become an assistant manager.
