    I applied in-person. The process took 2 daysinterviewed at Simpson Strong-Tie in August 2011.

    Interview Details

    Presented application, received interview at time of submission. Interview entailed reflection mainly of skills/experience in particular field or related. Focus on desire to be team member greatly considered, as lack of work history was not accepted as factor in hiring process. Concentration placed on greater factors, such as attitude, articulation, personal demeanor, recognition of personal strengths, willingness to obligate self entirely, knowledge/skills possessed in relation to position sought, or, dedication to learning necessary skills.

    • Would I be willing to accept a position which would require more skills than I possess with guarantee of elevation according to my ability to acquire and retain the proficiency necessary to perform within the parameters of the position.   View Answer
