I have been working at Siteworx full-time for more than a year

Siteworx is a services company working with large enterprise customers which gives employees the opportunity to gain the experience working on multiple fortune 500 projects. It is an opportunity to hone skills both in tech delivery as well as working with customers at all managerial levels and understand overall business strategies. Everything that you do or propose has a direct dollar value associated with it allowing you to really experience lean methodologies in I.T.

Everything is about delivery and it is easy to take on more than you can handle if you aren't able to gauge your own abilities. On occasion this means picking up work promised by others as well.

    Software Engineer Interview

    Anonymous Employee in Rochester, NY
    Application Details

I applied through college or university. The process took 2+ weeks - interviewed at Siteworx in April 2013.

    Interview Details

I was contacted by phone to come into an office for a 30 minute interview with a PM.

When i showed up I was blindsided by there being 3 interviewers. Instead of the casual "get to know you" interview I was told to expect, I was immediately thrown into technical questions.

None of the questions were particularly difficult and nothing you wouldn't expect out of an engineering position for a web company.

    Interview Questions
    • None of the technical questions would be considered difficult by anyone applying for a similar position.

Describe a difficult programming problem you've run into and how you went about solving it.
