I have been working at Skills for Change full-time (More than 3 years)

Flexible in work time Interesting work that makes a difference in people life Amazing clients who appreciate what you do for them Lots of team / social activities such as bbqs on fridays, retreats, etc New management that is much much much better than the old ones

Job is not secure due to funding Some longer serving coworkers are lazy and feel they dont have to work We now have evening shifts which messed up life style options my program is very busy and stressful

    Advice to Management

hold people accountable especiallly if their work affects funding and other peoples jobs get more programs and funding try to reduce people workload

I applied through other source. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Skills for Change (Toronto, ON (Canada)) in May 2014.

I applied via email and was contacted within a week for an interview. I first met with a Director and Manager of Employment Services. They conducted a behavioural-based interview. Following that interview, I was invited back to meet with HR and the ED for another (mostly behavioural-based) interview. In spite of a follow up email, there was no communication to indicate I was not the successful candidate.
