I worked at Sleepy Giant Entertainment full-time (more than an year)Pros
The company had growing pains of course and i was very much part of helping with that growth. I read all these negative reviews by likely the CSR/QA staff who for the most part wanted pay raises just to get them and complain when they don't. Prolly the entire reason SGE doesn't do CSR/Community work anymore - they likely were just sick of negative culture from people who never want to improve themselves. The benefits are great -- my wife never had a problem with it.
I have seen how some folks who started hourly are now in their 4th year with the company and will have great careers. I personally was never in the game industry and was given a shot and now i am enjoying my dream job all thanks to hard work.
So all you haters --- who actually have time to write negative posts --- tell me how working at Taco Bell is. You simply don't get it -- you had your chance -- but spoiled it with feeling of self entitlement.Cons
The services industry is tough but from what i hear the company seems to have new leadership in place and will make strong jump to mobile tech.
Bonuses were scarce as a whole but the company does recognize people. We all received ipad minis for xmas one year.Advice to ManagementAdvice

Kind of intense but what interview isn't. Interviewe by group. They will ask you to work on a white bord to prove you know something. They are looking for you to be knowledgeable and smart not a "perfect knows everything".Interview Questions
