    Pros

    Stationary engineer job was very simple. Insurance at the time was good. People were good to work with.

    Cons

    Pay is below industry standard. Health risks due to chemical exposure is very high. Equipment was extremely dated.

    Advice to Management

    Invest more in the people and equipment.
