    Pros

    Smile brands is the largest dental health provider of services, my contact with its doctors doctors in the Los Angeles area has been fantastic, very smart and the Hawthorne and crenshaw offices doctors as above reproach in the care and abilities to give great results In treatment . There are many support staff members who are very well trained and educated in dentistry, but they are not appreciated, smilebrands Bright now dental seems to cater to the less experienced and trained staff member allowing them to some what Control the day to day operation of the company, if you are smart and not apart of the click you will not fit in, the top management does not get involved in reaching out to the front line , but instead rely on the word of a very small group of administrative team to feed them what ever information they like. It's not working VP! S should visit there locations alone to get true story's as to what is needed in each location, to be successful, and not a bunch of hot smoke from Dr and rm. My experience has been so stressful and Hostil, , the southwest area is very multi cultured and it is controlled totally by Hispanic females, most with only a H.S education Smile brand get it together you are a national company don't sell your self short

    Applied online, one week later received a call from recruiter and it boils down to salary; receive call from manager; last interview with VP face to face. Lack professionalism and poor culture
