    Pros

Diversity of work and people I work with. Pleasant work environment with little or no stress.

    Cons

Hard to get pay increased as job description doesn't match mainstream for comparison.

    Advice to Management

Work more on researching jobs so that compensation is accurate. in most cases the HR person does a sloppy and inaccurate job.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeksinterviewed at Smith College.

    Interview

Submitted resume, received email the next day to set up a phone interview. Then invited to an in-person interview one week later. The in-person was a panel interview with staff and faculty for a staff position. The interviewers were kind and seemed interested in what I had to say during the interview. Positive experience.
