I have been working at Snap full-time (Less than a year)
All levels of management are available to employees to ensure open communication and quick problem resolution. Thoughtful approach to business development and winning new contracts ensures continuous opportunities for employee growth and development. Health & Dental insurance are completely company paid for employees and 50% paid for dependents. You still enjoy the feeling of working in a small company with cooperation and camaraderie.
Starting salaries can be lower than market. Employees wear many different hats and handle multiple priorities. Both of these things are typical with small companies.
Advice to Management
Consider reevaluating salaries to be more competitive and keep great employees from looking for opportunities outside of the company.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Snap (Chantilly, VA).
Quite simple... they need people willing to work on contracts and not salaried. They try to cut out layers and make this intention known in the interview. Interview was telephonic and the whole process was 2 days as I was on a project already.
