Snell & Wilmer is a highly respected firm with a huge amount of resources which makes getting work done quicker and more efficient than smaller firms. I can't think of a better environment to have learned and grown in my career.
Paralegals are paid extremely poorly (secretaries make more) and have steep billing requirements which requires working nights and weekends. General lack of appreciation.
