    Cons

    It's in Williamsburg
Not a typical agency, if that's what you're into - things get weird
Training is unorthodox - you're expected to come in and perform
If you are a timid or meek person, you probably won't make the cut

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Expand hiring pool to beyond Williamsburg, or move out of Williamsburg

    Application Details

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks - interviewed at Snow.

    Interview Details

Great to get a call soon after sending my resume...but had interview in a crowded conference room and they clearly weren't ready for it. I filled out paperwork at someone's vacant desk while they were at lunch.

    Interview Questions
    • Leading question about "did I hate pharmaceutical companies?" cause this was a job where I could make them do the right thing.   Answer Question
    Negotiation Details
Not much negotiation...but a promise that there was lots of growth potential. That turned out not to be true because they were stingy with raises. But there was a lot of growth in responsibilities!
