I applied online. The process took 1+ week – interviewed at Sodexo USA.Interview Details
Was interviewed for over an hour at facility. First half hour went well with general questions along with 9 basic question concerning the position. District manager who interviewed me was very nice and relaxed with me. After interview he actually spent another 40 minutes showing me facility, introducing me to staff and finally interrupting a meeting to introduce me to senior management who run facility. I thought this was kind of strange but I felt he would not be doing this unless I was a strong candidate. Personally, I feel this is not always wise because it gives the candidate false hope. He walked me out into the parking lot and told me he would call me within a week. NEVER HEARD BACK!No OfferNegative Experience
