We know that the most common complaint of job seekers is not hearing back from companies after they apply for a job. We make two commitments to anyone who applies for a position at SoftRock; we will make every attempt to reach you even if we can't hire you and you will always be treated with the utmost courtesy and respect. So you may hear crickets but not from us.
What should I expect on my first day at SoftRock?
Normal stuff like completing new hire paperwork, going through training docs, meeting coworkers, etc. are certainly part of a typical first day but SoftRock isn’t just a company, it’s an environment, so also expect to actually enjoy being at your new job, having fun, maybe a cookout, probably some laughs, looking forward to tomorrow and the unexpected.
What should I expect on my last day at SoftRock?
It may sound strange to start talking about an employee's last day before their first but at SoftRock we are committed to the personal and professional goals and growth of our SoftRockers. Successful employees leaving for new opportunities with other companies or to start their own business based on the knowledge and experience they’ve gained here happens and we take real pride in that.
