I have been working at Solex College full-time (less than an year)Pros
This is a great place to work for fresh graduates. Team members are supportive, lots of opportunities to learn and grow. I also understood here what career path I want to take and even talked to the President about it (who is very open, by the way).
The team members came from all over the world and it's great to listen to all these stories that happened to them, sometimes they sound crazy and absolutely unbelievable, and there is no way to check if this is truth.
I enjoy working here, my hours can be flexible and there are other members of team who will handle customers' inquiries when I am absent or busy.Cons
Commute: I live in a different city, and depending on traffic, sometimes it takes an hour to get here. what helps me here is that the college has three campuses, and I can ask my manager to work at a different location at anytime.
Sometimes people talk to each other in Spanish, Portuguese, Korean, or Russian. Not a big deal, and I just hope that they are not talking about me :) at lunch break people speak English, this is really nice.Advice to ManagementAdvice
Bonuses at the end of the year would be really nice. Also, I dream about moving to Florida or California, so a new branch in one of the states would be a great excuse for me :)RecommendsPositive Outlook

The process took 5 days – interviewed at Solex College in August 2009.Interview Details
The management staff at Solex College is small and like a family run business. You would usually interview with your direct supervisor of your position and the executive director/owner of the school. The interview was very casual and laid back and most of the questions were directed at getting to know you (60%) and your abilities/background (40%). The ultimate decision and offer is made directly by the executive director/owner of the school.Interview Questions
