Great training, good pay and bonus for a retail environment, flexible schedule, involvement by all senior management,
Despite noted efforts, sometimes corporate decisions seem to be made on the spot and affect the performance of the stores, some of the corporate resources lack in supporting the stores and managers (IT is terrible), employee discounts could be more generous.
Advice to Management
There is a good group of upper management evident by their constant efforts of engaging with the field, but need to get it together so things aren't sprung onto the stores. Also give store managers more lead in being able to plan for upcoming projects and promotions, and give store managers a little more ownership of their stores.

I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Solstice Sunglass Boutiques.
The company called with in a day of my application process. An interview was scheduled where we could go over my previous experience and talk about the position being applied for. A second interview was then scheduled for me and the Regional Manager. After being hired a training process was mandatory before hitting the sales floor.
