    Pros

Lots to learn at a chemical plant. Free to go around and ask questions, easy to find something meaningful to do if you make an effort. Employees are nice and more than willing to help or answer questions.

    Cons

Not very organized, had to go and find things to do myself sometimes (which should be done anyways). Can get away with just sitting around not doing a whole lot if you are not a go-getter. A lot of employees seem very stressed out.

The process took 1+ weekinterviewed at Solvay.

    Interview

20 minutes interview with recruiter followed by a 30 minute interview with the production superintendent. Overall it was a pleasant process. I was being considered for a different position than what I applied for.
