    I worked at Somerfield (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    Good job satisfaction working in a petrol filling station with a bit of a supermarket twist. Great location so always busy.

    Cons

    The one thing that made life as aanager awkward was having lots of staff with different contracts due to the company being brought and sold soany times

    Advice to Management

    The management team that was in charge of the divisions were overpaid for what they did. The store managers weren't always given adequate training and were set up to fail
