I worked at Sony as an intern for more than 3 yearsPros
Amazing company with a very unique culture (obviously). Eventhough it's a huge organization, interns will sit with a small group (mine had 1 supervisor, 1 mentor, and 1 'other' who acted like a mentor). Very easy-going office atmosphere, with everyone super welcoming.
The project itself was meaningful, and my supervisor even reach out to me several weeks later to share how it had been put into practice.
They really stretch you in terms of learning and practicing new skills.Cons
There are honestly very few cons with this company. My only complain was that I needed more help in figuring out the ins & outs of the organization, where I fit, and who would be touched by my project. Not a complaint, really, but rather something that comes with time.Advice to ManagementAdvice
