    I worked at Sony Music Entertainment as an intern (less than an year)


    Lots of fun, Interesting work, Get to work with celebrities. They do have an internship program that offers interesting programming


    Not enough stimulating work. Some of the people who have been in the industry for a very long time are tough to work with.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Revamp the intern program to give interns more responsibility. It would be great to have more opportunities to perform complex tasks.

    The hiring process with pretty good. Applied directly online and within three months received a phone interview. Then one week later received an offer email. I officially start this September!
