I have been working at Sony Pictures Television part-time (less than a year)

    Pros

Everyone has a lot of patience for you to explain things and you really learn a lot about the industry and the business. also, by being an intern, you increase your chances of getting hired. The environment is great and the company culture is very inviting and relaxed. It is a huge name and therefore looks great on a resume.

    Cons

they only pay interns 9 dollars an hour and the location is horrible. the office is in brickell key smack in the middle of traffic. Also, you sit in a spot where everyone can see your computer screen while you are working.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

The highest up management does not do much integrating with the lower management. I have yet to meet the VP of the company and I see him every day.
