    Smaller school, more one on one attention from your advisor. Usually faculty is very accommodating and willing to help.


    Since this is a smaller school the research areas might be smaller. If you need to change you may be challenged to find another project.

The South Dakota School of Mines and Technology, also known as South Dakota Tech, was founded in 1885.
