I applied online. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at Southco (Concordville, PA) in July 2015.
Clearly no alignment with HR and the Hiring Manager. The Recruiter told me 75% travel. Manager said that was no where near what would be expected. HR couldn't clearly explain the incentive plan to me. Each time I had a question she seemed more flustered. In fact, she was one of the least prepared HR people I've talked to and pretty unfriendly. Not a great first impression. However I stuck in there because I liked the hiring manager. He seems to know what he's doing. Now it's been almost 3 weeks and I've heard nothing at all. Thinking that I don't want to work for a company that can't get their stuff together for something as important as a sales position that looks like it's been open for a while. Maybe this is why.
