I have been working at Southside Bancshares full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Decent salary. All Federal Holidays off.

    Cons

Nepotism is rampant. People are promoted because of their brown-nosing, not their merit. Where male managers are involved, the pretty women get all the perks. Very low morals and morale at this bank.

    Advice to Management

Listen to the employees. We are loyal to a fault, but are treated like garbage.
