    I have been working at Southside Bancshares full-time (more than 3 years)


    Reasonable work environment. No obvious or outright harassment. Pay checks are on time, and do not bounce. Better than no job.


    Stress level high. Employee satisfaction and happiness very low. Employees looking to further their own career by destroying others are rampant.
