I have been working at Southwestern Energy

    Pros

New building in Houston is just amazing! Cool perks like fitness center, clinic with a doctor, dry cleaning/car wash/car maintenance services. SWN really cares about their employees and supports work-life balance. I enjoy everyone that I work with at SWN.

    Cons

More organized process for what training courses are available company-wide.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Continue the quarterly meetings with Steve- very helpful and informative so that we continue to know where we are going as a company.

I applied through college or university. The process took a weekinterviewed at Southwestern Energy.

    Interview Details

Met them on Campus Career Fair and got a call back a week later for an interview. The interview was with 2 recruiters. One recruiter would ask the questions and another would watch your body language and write down notes. They gave a follow up email if they decided to continue the intern process after the interview

    Interview Questions
    • Gave me a situation where I had to manage a project but things for the project didn't work out and how I would handle it. I gave the recruiter an answer but he kept changing the situation to find an answer he wanted. Also Asked me to define what success was.
