    I worked at Spa Week Media Group full-time (More than 3 years)


    Awesome location. Great group of fellow employees. Serious opportunity for advancement. Held three different positions in three years...and I actually got a raise without asking for one!! I mean really? when did you ever see that happen? Super-driven woman CEO that really cares and is on your side as long as you care back.


    High pressure to perform. Not enough people to handle all the growth.Little tolerance for "just good enough"... be prepared to give your best, all the time.

    Advice to Management

    Don't over-manage. Let everyone pass or fail on their own merits. If someone doesn't get it...let them go! Negativity is a cancer.
