    Pros

SpareFoot is committed to culture, growth, and employee happiness. The People Department and CEO take the pulse of the culture twice yearly and make changes based on employee feedback. We are spoiled with amazing perks and have the best, brightest, and most hardworking colleagues in Austin.

    Cons

A lot is expected from employees in a fast-growing startup, so if you are interested in just clocking in/out, this would not be a good fit.

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the great work!

    Application

I applied online. The process took 6 daysinterviewed at SpareFoot.

    Interview

A 2 hour interview process, with 3 rounds of interviews. The first was typical, asked about background and education. Second was with team leads; again, typical questions. Third, which was interesting, was a panel of employees on the same level I was applying for. One man was drinking a beer in the interview. Very unprofessional. A woman told me my outgoing personality was overwhelming and asked me if I even knew how to calm down. Downright rude and unprofessional. I declined my application immediately.
