    Pros

Cool brand (for NZ) $150NZD per month towards phone/broadband Get stuff from stores @ cost + 5% Definitely better since the rebrand (from 'Telecom' to 'Spark')

    Cons

Restructures on average once every 8-9 months Inconsistent senior management/direction Not had the balls to see a strategy through yet

    Advice to Management

Stop continually restructuring. Bad for moral and bad for the brand

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Spark New Zealand (Auckland (New Zealand)) in December 2014.

    Interview

I was able to meet the people I would be working with, which was helpful for me to decide that the role and company was a good fit for me.
