It was rewarding to be serving patients in need at the front desk, but some coworkers saw it as just another 9-5

I worked at Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital as a contractor (less than an year)

Therapists and physicians in the ambulatory clinics are very pleasant to work with. Adequate training for use of scheduling and registration software. Beautiful new building since April 2013.

Some of my peers were inconsiderate and/or deliberately not helpful to patients, which was frustrating to see especially considering the patients have disabilities for which they are coming to Spaulding to get help.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

More cohesive team atmosphere, maybe via encouragement of more two-way communication
