    I applied online. The process took 3 weeksinterviewed at Specsavers in September 2014.

    Interview Details

    I turned up 15 minutes early but they were running late themselves so I had to wait an extra 15 minutes. The interviewer was very friendly and asked many questions such as
    during busy periods, how would i handle the workload?
    what are my strengths and weaknesses...
    do i have an previous optometry experience?
    do I have any holidays booked?
    what is my flexibility?
