    Pros

    When the work is there, it's good money. Among the veterans are some of the highest quality professionals in the business. If you know your stuff, there is very little supervision required.

    Cons

    No annual reviews. Pay raises near non-existent. Lack of training for new hires. Lack of consistent Management structure. The right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing.

    Advice to Management

    Management should establish tiers based on tech experience. Employees should receive incentive bonuses for above average performance. Annual reviews should be given with advice on areas to improve.
