The pay was decent. They did offer benefits.
Telemarketing. My experience was not the best. I belonged in a different environment where creativity and forward thinking was valued.
Advice to Management
I recommend that management implements a coaching program for employees that do not show the promise they once did. If employees fall behind in their production, there usually is a reason behind it. Propper coaching strategies should reduce the rate of turnover.
