    Easy Interview

    Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Springleaf Finance (Charlottesville, VA) in July 2015.

    Interview

First was called with a very scripted phone interview. Very easy. Then was asked to come in to the branch I was applying for an hour long interview with branch manager. Also very scripted. Read from a packet of paper. Easy questions. Within an hour of getting home I received an email asking to have another interview at a branch an hour away next week.
