I have been working at St. Agnes HealthCare part-time

    Pros

Top management cares about the overall business and pushing its employees. It has a nice, laid-back but take care of business or no one reaps the results atmosphere.

    Cons

Not a place for lazy workers or those who think it is okay to cheat out its patients. The patient comes first in all that this agency does.

    Advice to Management

Continue education and training for its employees and leadership seminars or conferences in order to create and manage better leaders in the organization

    Interview

It was very easy. The interview was in a panel setting, with 4 leader personnel from the unit. Each person took turns asking questions that were important to the unit.
