    Approves of CEO

I have been working at St. Bonaventure as an intern (More than a year)

You learn the events world and can be given a lot of responsibility. It is a unique experience.

Not everyone has the same experience. There are many times you will work late into the night. The hiring manager is very disorganized and lacks the skills to teach. There is no compensation for interns

    Advice to Management

There is great outlook for the internship. The managers need to make an effort to compensate the interns for basic food needs.

I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at St. Bonaventure (Allegany, NY) in April 2010.

Very friendly people-Everyone made me feel extremely comfortable. Waited a couple of weeks to hear back as there were a number of people applying for the position. Be prepared for a group interview and a 1:1 inteview with one or more of the directors.
