    Pros

Friendly, Catholic based organisation. Love and miss it! Start every meeting with prayer. Chapel

    Cons

Layoffs. Miss mercy. I am at another healthcare organization and it is NOT mercy! Try to be like mercy and fail!

    Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeksinterviewed at St. John's Mercy Medical Center.

    Interview

I applied online and about 3 days later I received a phone all from someone in HR, The HR staff member gave me a on the spot phone interview. Asking how I heard of the position and why I would like to work at Mercy. She also told me in detail exactly what the position was all about. Then in a week I got a call to come in to have a in-person interview. iI was just a meeting with two of the departments leaders. Mostly a behavioral question interview. This interview was far more easier than the phone interview.

    Interview Questions

    • None.... They mostly just want to know if you have good customer service skills and that you can get along well with other co-workers.   Answer Question
