I worked at St. Jude Medical CenterPros
Environment was great and the people are committed to helping patients and co-workers. The pay was great and the technical management was looking to move the hospital into the next level. People their are always looking to help one another in a time of need just like the core values state.Cons
Some departments are stuck in the olden days with out dated processes. Managers have to many departments to oversee. Training programs are needed to help staff understand their position, technology and how to move up.Advice to ManagementAdvice
