    Pros

    Employees are great. Management is on the works of being more concrete. Future is looking for stable.

    Cons

    High number of turnover of employees.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Better onboarding, more direction for those that take advantage and less micromanaging the employees that work for the future of the company. Staff that piddles for 20 hours of their 40 hour work week and then other staff that work 60 hours for their 40 hour work week.

    I applied online. The process took 2 weeksinterviewed at St. Luke's Episcopal Health System.

    Interview Details

    Was called for an interview within a week of application. Interviewed with generic HR representative answering basic questions, i.e. "How often do you think it is appropriate to call in"; "How well do you get along with others?". Later interviewed with a manager and a staff member whom I was able to ask questions.

    Negotiation Details
    They had a set hourly rate which they did not offer to be flexible with and did not offer a moving package. However of the 3 hospitals in the med center I interviewed at they offered me the highest rate.
