I worked at St. Luke's Episcopal Health System full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

Great people to work with. Unless you're on a huge project, your workload is fairly reasonable.

    Cons

Benefits aren't that great. One would think that a hospital would have terrific health benefits. Not really.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeksinterviewed at St. Luke's Episcopal Health System.

    Interview Details

Was called for an interview within a week of application. Interviewed with generic HR representative answering basic questions, i.e. "How often do you think it is appropriate to call in"; "How well do you get along with others?". Later interviewed with a manager and a staff member whom I was able to ask questions.

    Interview Questions
    • Interviewing with a staff member was odd. I wish I had asked her more questions before accepting a position.   View Answer

They had a set hourly rate which they did not offer to be flexible with and did not offer a moving package. However of the 3 hospitals in the med center I interviewed at they offered me the highest rate.
