    Application Details

    I applied online. The process took 3 daysinterviewed at Staff Management SMX in September 2014.

    Interview Details

    Applied online for the Tracy, CA fulfillment center. After application was filled in, I was given time slots to pick for a interview with up to 20 others. I chose one for the next day.

    At interview, we first took an easy, 10-minute skills tests. Then we waited to be called in for individual interviews. My interviewer was super sweet and we laughed about stuff. Not many questions, mostly just discussed job. She said she was putting me through, so I filled out some tax documents online while taking a cheek swab drug test. I was given choices of times to come back the next day fora one-hour orientation.

    Orientation was just watching a video, verifying our documents, taking our picture for our badge, and telling us about the job. Pretty simple, and all of the staff were very friendly.

    Negotiation Details
    No negotiation. They confirm hours and pay after drug and background check results come back in 7-10 days, then your two days of training are scheduled. You do, however, get to tell them which shifts you can work on your initial application, so hopefully that's what I'll get confirmed.
