I worked at Stanford University full-time (more than 3 years)

Loved the people that I worked with and the students. The atmosphere is engaging, empowering, and exciting. I enjoyed my 4 years working here.

There are some politics to navigate. I liked that I was able to do something that I loved, but realized that there is a large following of very loyal employees who like to stay at Stanford and seem to have seniority when it comes to hiring for new positions.
