    I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at StarTek.

    Interview

    Basically, you will ally either online or in person, then you will come in to take tests. They include typing, navigating a basic computer, reading, writing, and comprehension. If you passed high school it should be fairly simple. Bring something to drink and eat, because you'll be there for at least two hours. Then they'll review your test results. If you did poorly or failed, they'll tell you they'll call you. If you passed out even did well, you'll stay and wait until someone comes out and tells you how well you did and asks if you can pass a drug test. If you can, you get a couple of days to do so and they hire you on the spot. If not, they basically tell you to come in once you're clean for a couple of weeks. The training hours will be unusual and strenuous, and then you'll move on to a real schedule that will be unusual and strenuous.
