I have been working at Starr Companies full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

invested in training younger people, wealth of knowledge from ex-AIG employees. Fabulous benefits.

    Cons

Very disorganized, must be able to deal with this and adapt.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

As we grow, don't let the company become silo-ed as it was at AIG.
