Attempts to be proactive and wanting to resolve issues. Aware of the issues and knows what needs to be done.

No real initiative to complete the job but to just talk about the importance of getting it done and highlighting the problems.

    Advice to Management

I'm getting more and more disappointed when management is responding with "she/he wasn't doing a good job." And "that's how it's always been." 1) If you were the manager during that time when the person still around, maybe you weren't being s good manager and helped them perform effectively. 2) You've become a robot and have stopped thinking for yourself. Management, learn to hold yourself accountable for the things you are allowing your staff to do. If they're doing something they're not supposed to or they weren't told to do, it's because you're letting them by being passive about it.
