    Application

I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeksinterviewed at State of New Hampshire (Concord, NH) in August 2010.

    Interview

I was first offered an internship while in college and accepted. Half way through the next school year I contacted the head of the department and asked if they were hiring for after graduation. They said yes, I went on one interview and was hired right out of college. I had one interview and was offered the job and moved up to a CE2 and CE3 based on time.

    Interview Questions

    • Questions were directed as "what-if" scenarios based on being a contract administrator and dealing with issues on a daily basis and the contractor. Know the order of control on projects such as standard specifications, special provisions, and project plans. A good answer at an entry level would be to report any issues or findings to your supervisor.   Answer Question
