I have been working at State of New York Mortgage Agency full-time (More than 10 years)
Lots of flexibility and you accrue lots of personal time. Overall most of the people are ok.
Political games and redtape kill the moral within the agency and they dont give pay raises at all! Nothing in 8 years cause of costs but management is allowed 12%!
