I have been working at State of South Dakota part-time (Less than a year)

Get to make my own schedule and set up my own programs. Awesome, friendly environment.

Seasonal position, no benefits, low pay.

    Advice to Management

Perhaps find part-time off-season projects for seasonal employees (those who are not just students working summer jobs).

I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at State of South Dakota (Bruce, SD) in April 2015.

I was interviewed by appointment after calling to see if the position was still open. I spoke with three employees (manager, co-manager, and office personnel) who were doing two days' worth of interviews of multiple seasonal summer personnel.
