I have been working at Station Casinos full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Lots of advancement opportunities. Great benefits, free training.

    Cons

Too much focus on bottom line and not on what made the comany successful in the past. Wages are not competitive anymore. Less recognition than in previous years.

    Application Details

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3+ weeks - interviewed at Station Casinos in December 2013.

    Interview Details

Started with a Phone Interview then multiple interviews with Managers, Directors. The process took weeks, and was erratic in the scheduling and callbacks for additional steps. They need to streamline the process before candidates get discouraged or find another job.
