I worked at Stepan as an intern (less than a year)

My favorite part about working here was the people I worked with were incredibly welcoming and friendly. Everyone from assistants to managers were willing to talk to me and answer my questions. Summer hours (half days on Friday) are also a nice perk. A lot of people had been working at the company for years and still seemed happy with their jobs.

It was difficult for me to find the opportunities I was looking for outside of my role as an intern. I also wish I got to interact more with interns in other departments.

The company requires you to fill out an online application also but page could have been more user friendly. it was not completely intuitive.
