    Pros

I have no issues with the tasks I performed or my responsibilities, in fact, I really loved my job. The company as a whole is really good.

    Cons

Worked between 50-60 hours a week, communication between management/supervisors and employees needed a lot of work.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 daysinterviewed at Stephens.

    Interview

My resume was sent through a friend and I had an interview within a few days. I sat through 6 thirty minute interviews with people in the department and in other departments. It was mostly focused on getting answers from me as to why I didn't want to do anything else in the world but sell investments.

    Interview Questions

    • The questions themselves weren't "difficult" but they were geared for a person that wasn't me. They just wanted someone that knew that's what they wanted to do.   Answer Question
